We have GREAT news for all MTI KIDS Collection customers! Introducing the KIDS COLLECTION HOT BOX!

Like a phone hotline, we have set up a new email address where you can get expert advice and help for any question or problem you are having regarding your MTI KIDS Collection production. Actively checked from 9AM to 9PM (EST), ShowSupport@MTIShows.com gives you quick responses to questions about staging, casting, sets, lights, costumes, makeup – any question you may have regarding every aspect of your production.

The first in many support resources planned for the coming months, The MTI KIDS HOT BOX at ShowSupport@MTIShows.com is being offered first on a trial basis. It will be active for six weeks, from now through June 15th. We realize many of you may not be directly involved in productions during that time period. If you are not involved in a production right now, but think you would use the MTI KIDS HOT BOX in the future, please let us know. It would also help us if you would let us know how and when you might use it – both in terms of time of year, and time of day.

We want to do everything we can to make sure that your production of an MTI KIDS Collection Musical is a success – for you, your students and your school. We would also love to hear your thoughts about ShowSupport@MTIShows.com and other ideas you might have for ways we can offer even better support going forward.
